Determining input impedance. A 12 sec log chirp current was injected into the cell under current clamp, and the resulting output voltage, relative to the holding potential, was measured. The ratio of the Fourier transforms was the impedance Z_in(f) = Ṽ_out(f)/Îinj ₍f). The input resistance was 200 MΩ in this instance.
